The neighbourhood is a bit run-down, you don't feel very safe if you go out late. It will be better, if the apartment have a balcony.

The apartment was cozy and functional.

There were many abandoned houses in the neighborhood.

Wonderful apartment on a perfect location in the center of the city but on a quiet small street. No parking problems. The apartment is very cosy, well furnished with a good eye for details and equipped with everything necessary. Absolutely clean and we loved the compliments of our kind host. Fully recommended! Best value for the money.

The apartment is very clean and nice. The kitchen is well equipped and everything we needed was there. We liked the shower stall a lot, nice space and contains water well. Not a negative point, but it is important to note that you have to climb a steep and narrow flight of stairs to get to the apartment. Definitely not for anyone who is not agile. We felt very much at home here and will definitely come again when we are in town!
