Comfortable Apartment University Square

Really cosy apartment in the city center. Super nice owner! The contact and all the details about the stay we received made it easy to find the place and to use it. Clean and well equipped apartment, comfortable bed. Coffee machine, tea provided. Little details like pillows and pictures made it feel more like home, not a hotel. Nice welcome gift 🙂 Quiet street, so no noise at night.

Narrow staircase to get to the apartment, no lift. If you have big, heavy suitcases or mobility issues it might be a bit challenging. Also (it's not owner's fault of course, just to bear in mind) this is not a nice neighbourhood, meaning lots of garbage and abandoned, ruined buildings. Not the nicest surroundings, but rather safe.

Appartamento perfettamente pulito e molto confortevole. La scala è un po' ripida. La via è un po' buia la sera ma comunque molto vicina al centro, 5 minuti a piedi. Siamo stati molto bene

Great location. Cozy apartment. Suitable furniture and appliances. Very nice host. There were water, wine and snacks - compliment from the host. The apartment met out expectations.

There is no parking, but the street in front of the facility is not busy and free. There is a steep stairs to the apartment and you have to be extra careful.

The rooms are big enough to accommodate two adults and two kids which was perfect for us. The apartment is compact, but it is nicely equipped. We were surprised by the fact that everything was where it needed to be - a lot of thought went into furniture choices and locations. The apartment was very clean and prepared nicely. There is free parking on the streets around the apartment; other parking on other streets in the block is paid. We were during the winter with lots of snow - the yard to the apartment was clean and the heating in the apartment worked flawlessly. It is close enough to most tourist attractions, but far enough to be away from the noise. We were pleasantly surprised to find several gifts from the owners.

The only downside is the narrow staircase to the apartment. Carrying cases up/down is sketchy, but the owners have done everything to make it as safe as possible - rubber paint on the floor and sturdy railing. So, you just need to be careful.
