Prezzo e posizione

La cucina quasi per nulla fornita, frigo pieno di ghiaccio, casa molto calda senza né ventilatori né condizionamento. Per avere una risposta dall'host abbiamo dovuto chiamare, non risponde ai messaggi su booking o su WhatsApp.

L'unico punto forte è la posizione in centro.

Per i soldi che si paga non ci si può aspettare una reggia. Ma almeno dottata del necessario per il numero di ospiti, penso sia il minimo e pure la pulizia della cucina! Mancavano 2 bicchieri (eravamo in 4) un piatto fondo , un cucchiaio, non c'era lo scolapasta, non c'era il detersivo per i piatti (e uno come li dovrebbe lavare?)! e le pentole e il piano cottura erano ancora sporchi dal cliente precedente (una controllata ci deve essere dal Host se il cliente prima ha pulito la cucina se richiesto) . La base, di pulizia e di dotazione penso sia il minimo.

La posizione al centro di Domodossola e vicina alla stazione, la pulizia dell'appartamento.

Mancanza tv e phon, pochi utensili per cucinare.

Our room was well equipped and nicely presented. Good location with easy walk to train and in the old part of town so great atmosphere.

Poor lighting in dining/kitchen area ..just need a stronger bulb. Saturday night in piazza was noisy til midnight.

Everything in Domodossola is close to the centre.

Getting the access code for the key locker was traumatic, stressful. Initial calls to find out where/how to do this were unanswered. The room was booked for two persons but only one towel was provided. This did get rectified within two hours. The place was bare, bereft of any homeliness and might suit a penniless student, but for half-decent adult travelers it failed to make the grade. I have seen more comfortable hostels.

It is a great location, the views from the windows are quite quaint, you can walk around the town pretty easily from here. All the facilities were working as expected. Had a great night rest.

Having to climb three flights of stairs. All minor things, but no handle on fridge, the shower sliding door was broken, this was pointed out by the host himself as being replaced soon. It is located in a no parking square. Not sure if it was our luck, but in the morning there was a lot of glass bottle disposal which made quite a considerable racket.
