Las Mañanitas is a beautiful experience - professional staff, gorgeous setting, wonderfully large and comfortable rooms. And peacocks!

hotel, facility, spa, restaurant, mainly the hotel is awesome, but everywhere around my esperience was always expecting more attention from the staff. love the spa, the birds flying and libving around with all guests and the hotel is beautiful. it makes a special place.

staff is always occupied with something else and they focus on having a way around with every answer on any request. a very unpleasant part of the trip was when my dad was trying to sit next to her daughter, as we were at the hotel for her wedding. tha captain or restaurant manager couldnt offer or try to offer a sit for him on the wedding day and told he had lo leave to another part of the hotel for breakfast. this really surprised me, that was the extra mile !!!! bell boys also saw me carryng around 4 bags before check out, and non of them offered help, not even when valet brought the car, non of them tried to help or open the cars trunk. so my experience for this chateau hotel is : HOTEL OK SERVICE WAS POOR. not worth what we paid for

This is an amazing property. It was for me, a super cool find. i doubt many people from the US would venture out to Cuernavaca, but if you do, please stay here. It is truly amazing. Just bring nice clothes, felt a little under dressed.
