Not only did he tirelessly coordinate with the airport to track down and deliver my lost luggage promptly, but he also took it upon himself to make restaurant reservations and arrange transportation, ensuring that my trip proceeded smoothly despite the initial setback. Super friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms.

The AC/fan didn't work on our last night and it was a warm night :(( Also, there are no cribs or baby friendly facilities :( So not ideal for families.
