Hayali Suites

The place was calm and not noisy which is a huge plus. The room cleaning is daily and extensive. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Any request used to be addressed promptly. Also, a huge thanks to Ramashka as I bothered her with my daily requests :)) but was always lovely and helpful.

I used to smell cigarettes at night when i turn on the AC. I kinda hoped that the bed sheets were changed more frequently.

air conditioning reception staff going out of their way to please you but I don’t think the management help them or support them .

lack of toilet paper, I have to ask all the time which made me uncomfortable towels had holes

As soon as we were met at reception for our check in we had amazing customer service by Bilal. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, recommended restaurants, organised taxis for us and even coffees and beverages. Our room was cleaned perfectly and the air conditioning in the room was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!
