XANo breakfast provided. Room interphone unserviceable. TV not working. Poorly ventillated washroom. At 10.30am at our time of check-in, rooms were vacant but not ready. Had to wait 20min. Staff insisted check-out at 9am.

bed very noisy - squeaks and makes loads of noise shared kitchen someone stole our goods from fridge Requested pick up from airport, but no one came Nothing in room when we arrived, and it was not clean. Had to request kettle and towel and change of bedsheets. Accommodation asked for Pam advance and told us they would cancel booking if we didn’t pay, even though it was free cancellation until the day we arrived After our stay and paying the bill, they cancelled the booking, so it looked like a no-show. Booking.com contacted us to find out if we stayed there and paid. Not sure why they did this.
