Room size and a bit of unprofessional behaviour of staff, like for a single face towel i have to call 3-4 times also the toiletries set was not complete

Location was good very near to the temple

The room and especially the bathroom was not clean..very unhygienic . The kettle was broken and very dirty. The service was very poor and very slow. We had to check out the next day though we had a two night stay at this hotel.

The rooms are spacious,clean, and the location is also nearby the temple.

Food rate is costly

It is located on the road with no space to park vehicle for boarding vehicle or loading luggage into it. The staff are also not helpful in making arrangements for this. The manager of hotel needs a big training in how to interact with customers. The staff of dining lounge are not aware of the dishes being served. Many items on menu were unavailable on order. On the whole was extremely unhappy of the customer service offered

Interior of the hotel is beautiful. Location is also on wide road near Tower chowk. Staff is good and proactive.

Washrooms were clean but very basic for the rent of the room. Room size could have been better. No couch in the room. Restaurant is pricier for sure and so is the room in over 3k.
