"Not 2 bedroom apartment, pay attention before booking"

4.0

The only positive aspects of Casa Emanuele were the beautiful view out of the window and the convenience of having an elevator to avoid using the stairs.

Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment, but the owner didn’t open the second bedroom, which was crucial for our group. This left us with no choice but to use the uncomfortable bunk beds, something we specifically wanted to avoid. The bathroom felt like it might belong to someone who lives there, with personal items like razors and various cosmetics left around, which made the stay feel less professional. The apartment itself feels very old and in desperate need of renewal—outdated furniture, worn-out walls, and even basic amenities like a kettle were missing. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we wouldn’t recommend it unless some major updates are made to the property and its management.
