Muy buena ubicación. Buenos onsen públicos. La habitación muy espaciosa y los futones muy cómodos, además con espectacular vista al lago. El desayuno muy abundante estilo japonés con excelente atención del personal

"next to perfect.we did enjoyed..absolutely"

the staffs were kind and helpful.. a guy assisted us in our bus & shinkanzen bookings. very knowledge of the area. The Kaiseki dinner prepared in our room was fantastic, the Japanese breakfast was a feast. My friend & I had a massage & it was so relaxing. definitely will stay at the same hotel.

we were late for the private Onsen.

"Not worth its money anyway"

Nothing really

The first hotel in my life that has a check-out at 10. That is kind of ridiculous. I have lived in hundreds and hundreds of hotels and that is the only one. And in Japan all other hotels (this trip was with 6 different hotels) had 12 checkout as it should be. Staff was rude when I was explaining that it is not ok and I want checkout at 12 as in all other hotels all over the world and Japan as well. Ps. Yes I dont check the checkout time of every of several hotels I visit on my trips as its always 12

お部屋が綺麗で、良い香りしました。 お部屋でも河口湖が見えて、落ち着きました。 夕食と朝食もとっても美味しかったです。 そして、スタッフの対応が親切で丁寧でした。 お世話になりました！
