The view The location (the apartment is located 1.5 km (20-minute walk) from Porta Nuova train station.)

Very poor communication with the person in charge via WhatsApp (a very unpleasant person). Taxes were paid for children (which are not charged in all hotels and apartments worldwide, including in Italy). The reservation was made for 2 adults and 2 children, but upon receiving the confirmation, it was only for 2 adults. We were then charged an additional €200 the day before our stay, with threats to cancel the reservation without refund. There was no housekeeping for 5 days/4 nights, nor were cleaning products provided for us to clean ourselves. The few food items available were expired (milk for coffee, olive oil). Check carefully before consuming. There were very few kitchen utensils. No cleaning or laundry products were provided.

Appartamento spazioso arredato in stile moderno perfetto per una famiglia. Ogni stanza ha il bagno en suite e grande cabina armadio. Cucina completa di tutto. La posizione è centralissima ma dalla stanza non si sentono rumori esterni. Gli appartamenti dal sesto piano in poi godono di una vista sulla città. Portierato notte e giorno.

Non c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in attesa del check in e dopo il check out. E necessario portarli in un altra struttura.

Great location right in the city centre, and it was nice to be greeted by a concierge rather than get keys through a lockbox. Apartment was very large, clean with a nice view onto the street from the dining area.

Apartment was very clean and modern, but a bit lacking in character, would benefit from a few pictures or plants. Also, the window was an opaque one with no view outside and the light behind it was on all night.
