Stanza pulita e carina. Un po’ di rumore dalla strada. Scale impegnative per arrivare alla stanza. L’unica pecca è lo staff che non risponde prontamente ai messaggi quando hai bisogno. Se vuoi la stanza prima devi pagare, se vuoi lasciare le valigie devi pagare, ma devo dire che è specificato nella descrizione. Posizione centrale

Very nice hotel located above restaurant, very spacious room. Everything is clean, both check in and out were done very smoothly.

Pas de réception, on doit récupérer la clé à la caisse du restaurant au dessous. Le personnel n'est pas accueillant, quand vous leur posez des questions ils vous répondent par des sons inaudibles, on s'est aperçu qu'ils ne comprenaient pas l anglais. Il n'y a pas d ascenseur et dans la chambre il n'y a ni bouilloire, ni frigo, juste le strict minimum. Impossible d ouvrir la porte de la salle d'eau correctement bloquée par le lavobo. La lumière passe au dessus et au dessous de la porte de la chambre. Ils ne font les chambres qu'à partir de 16h. Le pire de la moisissure derrière les coussins de la tête de lit. Nous avons du quitter la chambre après la deuxième nuit mon mari étant asthmatique. Chez contacté via Booking un responsable de l'hôtel, seul moyen de les joindre, afin de leur dire que s'était inadmissible de louer des chambres pouvant nuire à la santé des clients et leur demander le remboursement de notre troisième nuits, après avoir attendu plusieurs jours, je n'ai eu aucune réponse.

We got the exact same room as in the pictures. Perfectly clean. Very comfortable. Window in the room giving on a quiet side street, so very calm during day and night. Check-in is easy. The staff is reactive through whatsapp. Hot water in the shower (all looks brand new). The AC is efficient and silent. We were provided 2 small bottles of water per day.

It would be better if there was a water provider in the corridor for all the guests to use freely, rather than giving a few small bottles, it is not enough, and it makes a lot of plastic waste.

Location is near Ipoh old town, about 15-20mins walk to Concubine Lane Had heater, dryer, towels

"Receptionist" inside the restaurant didn't speak English. It felt like it was an inconvenience to check in. Also didn't explain how the security key on the main gate worked, please don't assume we all knew how it worked. Had to wait for the next guest to show me coz the receptionist was nowhere to be found then and at that point it was exhausting to talk to him coz we didn't understand each other Stains on the bed Lights going on and off twice during my stay

Decent budget accommodation. Self checkin. Keys has to be collected from the restaurant below.
