The bed sheets were dirty

The bed was comfortable the room was a nice size had plenty of outlets next to bed

The charged a non refundable fee of $5 for the key. How am I suppose to enter the room the key should have came with price of room.

Location and they didn’t charge a deposit

There was no service phone in room The t.v. Remote stop working Air unit did not blow air properly Roach was roaming in the bathroom

It was very nasty dirty and had a bad small tv didn’t wk horrible service move to 2 rooms and service was still horrible bathroom dirty sheets on bed dirty they refuse to give me my money back . Very horrible service

I did not like one single thing. It was a nightmare

The pool was descustin there were roches all over the room just nasty

The rooms were very dirty there was roaches everywhere and the pool was disgusting the water was cloudy colored our daughter was very upset because she was looking forward to swimming. The managers were husband and wife and they were so rude and mean they charge me $15 for each one of my pets and even made me pay for one that was not even staying with us. I told the husband that my daughter and her cat were going stay with my mom and he told me i was lying and i would probably sneak the cat In that night. His wife told me she was gonna be watching us in the cameras. I was so embarrassed and offended if we had somewhere else to go we would have left. I can tell you we will never go back there again.

Avoid! This place did not feel safe at all. It was so bad that I left and let them keep the money. I just wanted to get out of there.

There was tons of damage to my room, including scratches all over the TV and missing the bolt to secure the room. This is not a safe place.

Roaches everywhere in the room...it was terrible
