My room had food on table & also food was in fridge

How nice the front counter representative was

I didnt like the overall look of the hotel, its smelled weird didn't look too clean

Super sketchy, no deadlocks on the doors, dirty rooms, stained mattresses, and also random furniture in the halls?? Was very concerned for my safety during my stay and also was lied to about continental breakfast as and the room was much dingier in person. would get my money back if i could.

Customer service was good

Rough towels that wasn’t cleaned looked like they needed to be throwed away ..remote was not in the room to operate television .. no lamp

I like the location that was about it . I stayed over a month and had a room upstairs and no elevator in the hotel . Got really tired of those steps

Staff was rude - no breakfast - pool was filthy -

missing door knobs in bathroom, floors in bathroom were not clean at all , pillows were smelly they turn off a/c while room isnt being used , and that causes a the room to smell stale .
