We liked everything very much! Thank you very much! Very attentive people, great place, in the center, big room, antique furniture, and cleanliness. We were very pleased with such quality for such a fee

Easy to get in, you need just to take tramway from the bus station to the hotel. People who works in it, they are so nice and helpful.

Very clean,only the bathroom look like old, but everything else is clean and accepted, near osmangazi metro station and in front of meydan kent (capital of bursa), free of tea cups 16/24 hrs, very respectable staff, keep on the good work

Third floor, I should always climb three floors, If I wanted tea cup I should go down and up 3 floors, every floor should have its own refrigerator , for same reason

The hotel is central. This is one of the cheapest hotels in Bursa. It is infront of the main city square. The room was big. It's an old hotel but everything functions. The rooms were clean. The towels were soft and smelled nice. The light breakfast was sufficient and included. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk to all the tourist sights or there is the tramway across the road.

It looks old and used. Carpets are stained. You can smoke in the rooms. (Ours smelled clean)

The staff were super helpful and nice, even when there is a problem they fix it and do it within the minute you ask. Such great service that covers for any other disadvantages. And the location is PERFECT.

The hotel is a bit old and designed with carpets that make some rooms smelly. I guess some renovations were made but some rooms were left with old carpet.
