JJ Guesthouse

Right in the old town, close to Chiang Mai gate night market, but quiet enough. Purpose built guesthouse with independent hotel style rooms. Balconies , mostly for air, light and a nice place to sit, though most don't look on to anything. The electric power was good, the internet works. Cleaning is constant, with the high turnover of guests. The staff keep everything functioning well, have an amicable reserved demeanor and know a lot about local attractions, without any hard sell, (or upsell). It's a good stay for no fuss travelers.

性價比超高的，清邁的氣候真的不太需要冷氣，這個地方很適合我，到清邁門夜市走路五分鐘，一分鐘到7-11，附近有很多餐廳，陽台可以曬衣服

窗戶是為了透氣開的，有紗窗跟窗簾擋住，但還是聽得到隔壁外國人的聲音，會有點吵，浴室的蓮蓬頭水量很小，洗手台是塞住的，還有螞蟻不少，但依台幣不到300的價格來說，我都可以接受

La proximité! Cet établissement est parfaitement situé, dans une petite rue au calme en plein centre de la vielle ville.

Chaleur extrême dans les chambres, sans climatisation. Le sol de la chambre n’a pas été nettoyé. Dans chaque chambre vous avez une fenêtre qui mène directement au couloir mais malheureusement il n’y a pas de vitre.. Donc attention au bruit.
