Not ocean side but pretty much just across the street. A great view from the balcony of the sunset. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds comfy. Clean showers, and clean throughout the apartment. Grounds around the building was well kept.

On the 4th level. I dislike stairs. But definitely not a deal breaker
