Location further from main road, so bit quieter but still noisy from neighbors. Shuttle bus for the beach and services. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Breakfast could be changing somehow daily a bit, it’s quite dull.

Internet is very weak especially when there are many people in the hotel room.

The hotel is located just off the main road in Moalboal, easy to reach by public transportation but very quiet. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were very comfy and clean. The pool is nice and refreshing, and breakfast is good. They have a free shuttle to the beaches, as the hotel is a bit further from the touristy part. At night we often took a tricycle to the touristy area for dinner, which they could help us arrange at the reception as well.

The staff were amazing. The location was away from the noise and waking up to the sounds of birds and roosters was refreshing.

Wish we had a fridge in our room.

Loved the balcony, attentive staff (who would try their best to fulfill your request), and general environment was kept quite clean and orderly. Free flow drinks all day long and outdoor hanging rack was a nice touch, it was a really enjoyable place to stay. I like the buffet breakfast and even though it’s not at the most convenient location, the complimentary shuttle to various locations makes up for it.

If I had to nitpick, the AC was a bit weird where it switches off in the middle of the night multiple times and it gets stuffy. There was a slight poopy odour coming from somewhere sometimes, maybe that’s why they have signs to ask guests to double flush.
