"Worst experience ever"

This apartment is super super dirty. No matter the cleaning service they provide, you have to clean it yourself. I left my luggage in the apartment at 2:00 pm and noticed the cleaning guy was about to leave, so I gave him my comments and texted the representative about what I saw, and she responded that the apartment was not yet ready. I returned at 5:00 pm, and this is what I found: a dirty fridge, a small part of beef in the microwave, red sauce on the dining table, hair all over the toilet, the bidet in all 3 toilets is not stable, and the water wasn’t running in one of the toilets. Although the location is fabulous, keep in mind you’re not welcomed by the permanent residents of the building! They will be upset and might give you a hard time just because you want to use the elevator for your luggage! Everything was shared with the representative with no action, and the representative didn’t show up at all!
