It’s not very convenient if you need a staff most especially if you need to ask something.. MAINTENANCE of the facilities should be improve.
USThere's a lot to love about this place. The value, first and foremost. It's a cheap option, but provides everything you need. Cold A/C that works through power outages, an overhead fan as a backup, and a big bedside fan for someone like me who likes that too. The owner and staff are incredible. Super helpful with all my inquiries. They rent bikes and cars too which will be convenient for most people. It's not too far from everything in San Juan, and very close to one of the best beaches on the island. Thank you for the very pleasant stay.

GBThe individual cabins are super spacious and could host up to 4 people, for just the 2 of us it felt very big. It came with a fridge and fan + a/c. The toilet/shower is not attached to the cabin but it's right in front, each cabin has its own so you do have your own private bathroom. The place was super clean and check-in and out was very smooth. We could even rent a motorbike on the spot. Location was pretty good, very close to Paliton beach

PHWe really can’t tell because we only stayed there for 1night.
We expected the bathroom to be private, but it was not. The bathroom was separate from our room and located outside. Although there was an assigned bathroom for us, it still felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The doorknob was broken, it was not clean, and there was an unpleasant smell.

NLThe owner is very kind and helpful. The room has all the necessary amenities, and it’s great that you have your own private bathroom. Although it’s a bit inconvenient that the bathroom is located outside, it’s nice that it’s still private. There is always running water and electricity, which made the stay even more comfortable.
