Antonella was super friendly and even picked us up from the train station. The apartment is great and near everything. The kitchen was stocked everything you could want for breakfast, snacks and even wine and beer. It was a perfect stay!

This apartment had everything: perfect location, friendly amenable hosts and incredible decor and generous facilities. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

Generous provision of food needs for any traveler. Well appointed, comfortable and quiet location. But still close to Orvieto’s main attractions.

It was immaculately clean. Antonella, the host, was kind and welcoming. She gave us some suggestions of places to go and helped us make a reservation at a restaurant she recommended (it was delicious). There were more amenities than I think I've ever seen in a hotel/rented apartment. It was quiet and close enough to all the sites in town.

Be sure to contact Antonella or take the bus to the house. Otherwise you will wear yourself out dragging your luggage through town!

The property was the cleanest , most beautiful space we have ever stayed at. Antonella is wonderful person. She offered to pick us up and take us back to the train station when we departed. She had every essential item you would ever need. We will be going back to Orvieto in the future and will definitely stay at this property.

The owner is so wonderful! She even drove 2 of our party to the train station! The kitchen and bathrooms are full of many items you might need and would not find in other properties. Incredibly thoughtful! It’s a quiet, pretty location in a marvelous town.

One ‘bedroom’ you enter by the front door-this is awkward and a bit crowded. From there you will go to the second floor upstairs. There is no door closing off this bedroom but there is a small bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is larger. The kitchen and living room are cozy and full of thoughtful touches. The bathroom is separate and fine.

The apartment occupies the first and second floors of a four floor building. It's on a narrow alley across from the Chiesa dei Santi Apostoli, which is the landmark we used to find our way home in Orvieto's labyrinth of alleyways. It's centrally located but very quiet. The apartment is smartly designed; modern with a splash of antique furniture. It's impeccably clean. Most surprising is how well provisioned it is. The hostess, Antonella, generously provides all sorts of food items plus any other sundry you could possibly need. The apartment has a microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, clothes washer, stove, convection oven, espresso machine...It's truly a bargain for the money. Best of all, Antonella is so friendly and helpful. Indeed, she's a very endearing young lady. One note to fellow newcomers to Orvieto: If you park in the Campo Della Fiera parking lot, and you park in B1 or B2, be aware that there are two sets of elevators in different locations. One elevator serves the parking garage, but once you arrive at the top floor of the parking garage, you can chose to lug your suitcases up the series of narrow escalators (not recommended) or take the second set of elevators off to the right hand side of the escalators (about 20 meters away). We learned the hard way, and even some Italian visitors were baffled by this arrangement and required my assistance pointing the way. Ha ha
