Fini, komunikativni domaćini, tu su za sva pitanja i dogovore. Stan je čist, dobro opremljen. Udaljen je 20-ak minuta peške od Arsenal festa, dobar kraj, osvetljen put, vraćanje noću nije problem, brzo se stiže. Na 2 minuta su prodavnica i restoran.
