Brilliantly located, exquisitely furnished and decorated, clean, comprehensive, attentive and communicative host, excellent value! I very much recommend!

The shower

Firstly , it was not indicated on Booking.com that the property is right next to the building site. We were woken up to the noise from the building site after checking in late ay night. Secondly, we couldnt switch on the stove and when we called the host she told us she couldnt help us as she was out with her family. Much later after struggling to switch on the stove thats when she told us the stove was switched off from the main switch was in a cabinet. We tried closing the blinds which we have been accused of damaging from day 1 and we failed. We contactacted the host to advise the only thing she sent us was as video and that she was not available to help. The host was so unhelpful and rude to us. We did not enjoy our stay at this apartment. Secondly we reported the case of the blinds immediatley we saw them but Janine was not able to help. See attached all our conversations with her concerning our frastrations.
