Convenient location The bed was comfortable, but I brought my own pillow and often times I bring my own sheet to lay over the sheets, but I didn’t do that this time. There was a convenient mini frig and microwave, but I did not use. The two gentlemen who worked on the property were friendly. Price

Arriving at 9:40 PM in the dark, I had a very hard time finding the office. This was the smallest room I have ever seen! I’m glad I’m not overweight or I’d not have fit. I had two things I needed to plug in and had to fish the little power strip out from behind the microwave, but it wouldn’t stay on the night table and so I had to tie it to the lamp with the ultra long electrical cord! A simple , economical improvement would be an updated, more substantial lamp with several plugs in the base to eliminate all the tangled cords on the diminutive nightstand.

Room was small but only shower and sleep in room so that was ok. There was a refrigerator in room. Very clean. Loved the pool. Very friendly manager. Would definitely stay there again. Also, close to a lot of Erie attractions.

Comfortable beds (but a bit softer than we are accustomed to) and conveniently located next to State Park entrance. The outdoor pool looked clean and well kept but we didn’t have an opportunity to use it.

The parking spaces were very small and lots of care was needed when pulling in and out and opening car doors. It seemed like many/most of the other guests were smokers. The rooms are all non smoking but the tables outside the rooms each had ashtrays that were used throughout the day (but emptied during the night). This resulted in wafts of cigarette smoke when outside and occasionally drifting into the room somehow. Not ideal but not a deal-breaker.

Close to Presque Isle. Price was acceptable. The sheets seemed clean as was the bathroom. The woman at the front desk was very nice.

Mattress seemed old and didn't hold its form well. They added a foam topper which made the bed too soft. Only two pillows that were flat as pancakes. Room was dated. There was debris left over from previous guest(s) on the floor and under the bed. Room was very dark even with the lights on. Parking lot is tight but sufficient parking available.
