Matt is the only reason I rated it a 5. He was pleasant, fair and honest and we really appreciated it! Matt deserves a raise!

I do have to say that the pictures of the room we stayed in were fairly accurate but I figured based on the good reviews, that maybe it was in process of being renovated and assumed it would be clean. The shower tiles were cracked, the towel rack that the 2 towels were on, was rusted. The carpet was stained and filthy. The bed was broken. The curtains were falling off the curtain rod, the comforter had a cigarette burn hole on the inside of it, the window air conditioner had medical tape sealing it. There was food visible from underneath the dresser that was there when we checked in, you have to fight with the door to unlock it. The room also smelled. We were supposed to stay a second night but there was no way I could sleep on that bed another night! It’s a shame because it’s in a really awesome location and I think it has the potential of being a hidden gem with some TLC. I think Matt is probably one of the only reasons this place gets any decent reviews.
