Très bon emplacement et très beau logement agréable et confortable

The location was perfect; central yet quiet. The location is not so easy to find but my phone map worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was very efficient and welcome. Very good restaurant just around the corner and a well equipped vending machine in the reception. Parking location is very good.

I'm not sure that vehicle access was made clear at the outset - the property is in a ZTL (restricted zone) and is subject to a €10 charge. This only became clear to me on the day of arrival (might have been my fault. Not sure). Directions to parking were a bit complicated, although the property can provide a video to email. However, satnav worked perfectly for the property and all that needs to be said is that access to parking is on the right just before Number 75.

Está muy cerca de las atracciones de Brescia, es muy fácil moverse desde ahí. Los dueños responden super rápido al chat, se agradece mucho. Está muy bien si se quiere cocinar algún día de la estancia es muy cómodo.

Es verdad que al tener dos pisos la habitación con personas con movilidad reducida, el tramo de escaleras podria ser grande.

Bien situé propre calme

Room climate was great, the AC did a good job. The room was overall large enough, clean and well equipped.

Correspondence with the provider was hard. Every english question was answered in italian, the rep did not understand most of my questions. The parking that you can book is actually quite far away with a long stairway in between, it is also almost impossible to find. You better don't have a large car either, our Opel Astra Touring hardly fit through it. The hotel uses a service provider for booking related things, their web application does not work on mobiles (Android) at all. You do want to have a notebook with Firefox installed with you to complete check-in, Chrome or Edge don't work either.
