Room was spacious and clean. Staff was polite and friendly.

Nothing,except that they allowed my pet

This hotel is a scam 1.no parking and they advertise as parking available, you have to struggle to get a parking in the narrow lane. 2. No restaurant, they will order food from outside n serve after adding their cut to the pricing. Cutlery also seems to be aged,plates discloured. 3. Room needs painting as stains all over. wallpapers are torn. All lights not working. 4. Bathroom aged and leaking. No toiletries provided. 5. No room service or cleaning done,not even attempted to come and ask if cleaning needed. 6. Lift it broken , n stops between 2 floors,so you have to climb 8-10 steps to reach the floor. It's just a below average hotel. And to top it all the reviews are fake ,updated by themselves. A review under my name was added without me aware of it.Had to contact booking.com to get that review deleted n give me an option to write my review. Biggest mistake done by booking this hotel looking at the pictures and reading the fake self updated reviews. I would like to give 0 star,unfortunately no such option.
