Hotel Terrace

There was no breakfast.

The room was dark. I expected a nicer facility for the price.

Very clean and close to the AT and Baxter State Park.

No complaints. It was a clean quiet place to stay.

Es war direkt an der Strasse, sehr dunkel und keine Strassenlampen. Die Eingangstür war offen und von keiner Person bewacht. Check-in gab es nicht, der Schlüssel hat schon in der Tür gesteckt. Da wir uns gar nicht sicher fühlten dort, haben wir gar nicht übernachtet in diesem Hotel. Und uns entschieden das wir in einem anderen Hotel übernachten möchten.

What a cheerful proprietor (April)

It was fairly close to Baxter State Park. It was mostly clean.

The TV and WiFi weren't working. The girl from the motel messaged me just a few hours before we got there to tell us that and asked if we still wanted to come. At that point, we would have had to pay for it anyway, and it was too late to find anything else. There was no one at the hotel, just a phone number to call, and she brought a key, gave a few instructions, and left again. We had a hard time getting the AC to stay running, and then it was extremely noisy. Even with ear plugs in, it was loud. They used some strong fragrance laundry soap on the bedding. I am not good with perfumey smells, and that smell made it hard to sleep. Also, the beds were almost too soft.

Love the hot shower and comfortable bed with soft pillows.

No ice machine.

Staff were responsive and made it easy for us to check in.

The bed was hard and the AC blew directly at my head while I tried to sleep, which made it uncomfortable.
