Good communication with the owner Parking space Clean Good bed (mattress ok, linen clean) Minibar (with payment) welcome (water, wine, beer, peanuts, soda, cola) Good wifi Free coffee+tea

Building, Area (inability to locate block on mobile devices) Splashed/stained wall in the kitchen Splashes of quicklime Sewage smell (the most disturbing aspect) Lack of hangers Instead of a bathtub, a shower cubicle (suggestion) Many storage spaces (some useless) wrongly managed (the main element in the dressing is storing the vacuum cleaner?) A firmer pillow Cables, pipes, joints, finishes that show a lack of attention to details Missing USER from wifi usage indications Disposable shoe + slippers
