I traveled to Missouri for work. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable and conveniently located

It's easy to turn into the baseball field before getting to the hotel

They didn't have the room I booked then tried to act like it was booking.coms fault.

It was perfect location for the baseball tourney

Didn't to be serviced ie more towels people on site more frequently

It made me think of one that had been condemned that is being remodeled on a tight budget. No hangers, no phone, thin walls. I was up most of the night because people next door were arguing.i worried about where I had to park. I was afraid it would get hit

The lady at the desk was very nice

There was bed bugs in our room and we left. I am trying to get a refund!

No one was at the facility and the door was locked. Rang the bell several times and waited at least 5 minutes. Called the number but went to voicemail. Cancelled our reservation and went to holiday inn. They were open and friendly.
