Battery House

Bellissima ristrutturazione di un edificio storico, che ha mantenuto il più possibile la struttura originale dando però un tocco moderno con tutti i comfort. L'ingresso è assolutamente stupendo, la camera spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Noi avevamo il balconcino classico maltese, bellissimo! La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi da tutto ma in una via tranquilla, fuori dal caos delle vie centrali, vicina anche dal porto dove abbiamo preso il fast ferry per Gozo e le piccole imbarcazioni che in pochi minuti ti portano alle 3 città. Spazioso anche il bagno e la doccia, in camera c'è una bella vasca da bagno che però non abbiamo mai usato. All'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino bianco con cui abbiamo fatto un paio di aperitivi, molto gradita! Pulizia impeccabile e cambio asciugamani quotidiano su richiesta. Struttura consigliatissima!

Il letto per noi era molto duro, è una cosa soggettiva ovviamente, ma per me e mio marito il materasso era davvero troppo rigido (dipende da come siete abituati). Per il resto tutto ok!

Such a beautiful location and easy to find in fact our taxi driver dropped us on the corner and carried our bags to the door . Easy to access felt very contained . Super comfortable bed and very clean . Host was welcoming and helpful ( all remote did not meet them ) little enclosed balcony lovely for early morning coffee and listening to the birds

Hard to say really as suited us for our one night stop over in Valletta - liked it all . Maybe some more fresh coffee pods and maybe a better stocked bar as we would have loved a gin and tonic on arrival but minor points

Room was large, super clean, and well located. Even though there were no staff on-site we were able to reach out ahead of time to ensure sufficient pillows (my partner loves sleeping with a lot of pillows) and to borrow towels for our day trip to the blue lagoon. Quiet but only a short walk to things you want to see and do in Valletta

Didn't have enough free time to use the bath I would love info on the history of the building Clearly no real issues to note

Our stay at Battery House was lovely - the view was fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were independent and didn't meet to communicate directly with the host. Good location close to the fort and main town area.

Fantastic location! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were updated nicely, bed was comfortable. I would stay again. Matter of fact, I wish I would have stayed there throughout my entire time in Valletta.

Close to EVERYTHING: supermarket, cafes, restaurants. Beautiful view from the window, authentic interior, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Easy heck-in. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. *There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge.

Excellent location

Spectacular view over the Grand Harbour from the balcony (although this was across an untidy neighbouring roof terrace undergoing building work)

Un pequeño defecto, imposibilidad de usar el secador de pelo en el baño. No se puede enchufar. El único sitio , en la mesita de noche pero, sin espejo es difícil hacerse un brushing....
