ITDimora Quarto è davvero bella! Già a vedere le foto e le recensioni su Booking me ne ero innamorato! La casa è molto graziosa, finemente ristrutturata e arredata, spaziosa e molto silenziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata di tutto. Vengono messi a disposizione saponi, asciugamani a volontà, cialde per il caffè, vino e taralli di benvenuto. Premesso che Monopoli è una cittadina molto carina, comodamente collegata con i mezzi pubblici alle principali attrazioni della zona, la casa è in un bel contesto tranquillo, centrale ma fuori dal caos, in posizione strategica tra la stazione e il centro storico. Non da ultimo, Giampiero è davvero una persona squisita, sorridente e accogliente, sempre reperibile e disponibile a rispondere alle esigenze degli ospiti, e con tanti consigli sulle principali attrazioni. Grazie di tutto!
IT⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Soggiorno meraviglioso alla Dimora Quarto Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni indimenticabili presso Dimora Quarto. La struttura è accogliente, curata e in una posizione perfetta per visitare Monopoli. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Giampiero, il proprietario, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità: ci ha accolti con calore e si è dimostrato sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Ci ha anche aiutato a organizzare il lido, rendendo tutto più semplice e piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante e ben gestito nel cuore della Puglia.
PLThe acommodation was in perfect location, the very centre of the town in fact. In spite of that, the environment around us was absolutely peaceful, with no deafening music or people parting till dawn either. When we entered it, we could feel the historical value of that place, for it was inside a tenament house. In addition, we really liked the design (especially the painted ceiling).

CZPerfect Location & Amazing owner of the aparment! Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is in a fantastic location — everything is within a 10-minute walk: a grocery store, an amazing ice cream shop, the train station, a bus stop, the beach, and even the city center. It couldn’t be more convenient! The owner of the apartment is, in one word, amazing. So kind and helpful — always ready to give advice about what to see and do in the area. Very flexible and easy to reach by phone whenever needed. Also, Monopoli is a great starting point for day trips to nearby towns — even if you don’t have a car! Places like Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Bari, and Alberobello are all easily accessible by public transport. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch!
BRThe apartment is beautiful, well-located, lightened, ventilated, and very clean. When we arrived, there was a bottle of rosé, water, and taralli waiting for us, such a lovely treat! The kitchen is small but has all you need to prepare simple meals. The location is great: the apartment is on a fairly quiet street and close to the city center (walking distance– the perfect mix of close but far enough to not be in the middle of the crazy touristic buzz). Also, it's surrounded by cafes (we had the best pastries one may have), bakeries, markets and small shops. Giampiero, the host, was kind, responsive, helpful, and showed how much care he has for his guests. He was waiting for us at the property to hand over the keys. He showed the apartment and explained all we needed to have a pleasant stay. He even offered to give us his parking spot so we could park our car closer to the apartment. On the second day, we had trouble turning on the AC and he resolved the issue as soon as we reached out to him. He checked on us during the period we stayed there, I strongly recommend the place!

THWe arrived Monopoli by train on a rainy day ,Gianpiero was so kind to meet us at the station with 2 umbrellas and walk us to the apartment. The room was more beautiful in reality. Tastefully decorated , spacious ,clean ,well-equipped with more than everything we needed. A bottle of wine and a bag of taralli was our welcome gifts. We had a great time there , centrally located, convenient to explore the town. Gianpiero was easy to reach when we have any inquiries, he also let us check-out late on our departure day.

AUThe property was great- equipped with everything you need including a delicious complimentary bottle of wine. The art work in the ceiling is amazing. Location is brilliant - close to everything including the vibrant old city. Giampiero( the host) is so friendly and helpful- found us free parking right outside the door when we arrived which really was such a nice start.
BESuper nicely renovated flat, in centrum of Monopoli. Amazing hosts. Preserved free parking spot at arrival. Bottle wine and local snack offered at arrival. Thank you for the great treat !!
GBLocation was excellent, the host was so helpful and accommodating! The apartment is a 5 minute walk from both the station and the old town.
