It was clean, heated and the bed was comfortable.

Чудесная девушка на рецепшен. Очень любезная, помогла занести вещи, отвечала на все пожелания. Хорошая комната, небольшая, уютная. Не очень сильный напор воды в душе, но это можно пережить. Завтрак очень вкусный. Обслуживание чудесное, рекомендую

Вода а душе не очень горячая и не сильный напор, но это можно пережить по сравнению, что все остальное отлично

Personalul a fost foarte amabil.

Din pacate am fost dezamagiti complet de baie. O lumina foarte slaba si difuza, cabina de dus cu urme de rugina, calcar si mizerie pietrificata, cadita se inunda foarte repede si apa se scurgea foarte greu. Baia parea curata la prima vedere, dar la o privire mai atenta... Micul dejun inclus a fost foarte slab, in sala mai erau doua mese ocupate si "bufetul rece" era aproape epuizat. Bufetul cald doar la comanda, a fost ok. Unul dintre cele mai slabe mic dejunuri pe care le-am avut pana acum. Patul in care am dormit eu a fost incomod, celalalt a fost in regula. Pentru o noapte, a fost ok si atat. Am fost intrebati la sfarsit daca totul a fost in regula si sincer nu am putut sa ii spun adevarul receptionistei noastre, din toata povestea noastra ea e singura care s-a comportat exemplar. Citind recenziile celorlalti, ma gandesc ca poate am avut noi ghinion. Ne pare rau dar nu vom reveni.

it was our last night before departure. We love the region of Poiana Brasov and this was our first time to have stayed in this villa. It exceeded expectations :) Clean facilities, we even got upgraded to a room with balcony :)) Big thanks to Ioana, the receptionist/host for her kindness, friendliness, helpfulness and very sweet demeanor. She is super nice and deserves all the praise. The room/bed was very comfy, with cozy balcony, parking in front of the building... the villa has an extra wing with the spa area (we had no time to check it out but next time we will for sure) Breakfast had plenty of choice and eggs were prepared fresh based on wish, very tasty! Highly recommend the accommodation! ps: if you're a cat lover, (like we are) this neighborhood will speak to your soul. We saw at least 7 cats/kittens around <3 They are half stray half domesticated, beautiful, well taken care of cats. They are mostly sticking together. The entire neighborhood cares for them and the facility's kind personnel also majorly contributes to their well being. Heart-warming to see&hear
