Ecstasy Hotel

The property was great value for money and close to the beach and other amenities. Plenty of marts nearby to buy water and other items. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for us, including helping facilitate a late check out when my partner was unwell. The bedding was clean and lovely. We would happily stay again.

The beds are hard (though this is typical in Vietnam) and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. However it was still an awesome value stay.

The views and location are perfect and the staff are friendly and very helpful always there to help and say hello

They have spatious room with balcony., elevator. Wi-fi, tv. small fridge. Balcony good with a nice view, can use only for sunset and after, all day is too hot there.

They tried to give me a much cheaper and inferior room than i paid! Rooms very hot all they long, ac not good enough for this, maybe an extra fan can worth there. Fridge is just better than nothing...

They make me waiting for the check in hour (2 pm) but this time they gave the room i paid for. Wich i think is a plus...

Very hot by day...only at sunset and later can use that balcony.

I booked here 2 nights this hollydays only because my preffered neighborogh hotel it was full booked... They had a lot of rooms check in that day...maybe 20 or more! They choose to give me not a room i reserved around one week before my stay here...dont know why...It was my 3th stay at this hotel in the last 2 months, for same reason. First time they tryed same, to give me a much cheaper and inferior room...second time it was ok. After waiting more than 2 hours at and around reception, check in was late, after 2,25 pm...they gave it to me a inferior room, refused to change it with the one i reserved... The room i reserved ~ one week in advance it was 620k for two nights, the room they gived to me i can reserve at that time for ~450k for two nights... Same time, they asked me to cancel if i don't like what happened with my reservation... I accepted the room because holliday, my hotel fool booked etc and i remembered them is not my room i reserved and is not ok. At check out i had to stay around one hour for they accepted my paying "only" 500k for an inferior room i bookedd for my 2 nights stay there.... Very bad experience there...if you want buy there, be careful what you pay for and what you receive for your money paid:( !

Very clean and neat hotel. The design is very classy compared to its counterparts on their price range. The lobby is looking well kept. The elevator is big and fast. The rooms are as advertised. Clean, neat interior design. All facilities are working well. The location is quiet. The room service always comes everyday. The staff are friendly and helpful. I accidentally lost my key card on the beach once and they changed it without obliging me to pay. I once complained to the reception about the people staying upstairs in my room because they were making too much noise at 1 AM. They gave me a guarantee that they will fix it. The reception knocked on my door the next day to personally apologize for it.

Minor issues I had: The hotel is located in an alley, quiet and safe, less than a minute of walk and you can easily locate the hotel. The hotel sometimes closes its main entrance from before noon, you have to ask them to open the accordion door if you want to go out and knock on it if you want to enter. I stayed here for 7 nights and the room service only changed the bedding once.

Lovely room, excellent view, excellent price

Staff weren’t that helpful and don’t speak much English which is obviously fine as we are in Vietnam but both our check in and check out took a long time and no one explained why or what was happening (didn’t even try to use Google translate). Also meant we didn’t really get any input from staff for things to do!
