"The hotel is very clean. The rooms are quite BIG and everyone (all staff) from the valet, reception/front desk, bell"

The property in general is centrally located and very accessible (walking or taking a “grab” to the malls and shopping areas.

The hallways and elevators do not have A/C so once you’re out of the room you can feel the heat and humidity.

"Not a bad hotel"

Near the malls and restaurants. The staffs are so polite, accommodating and helpful.

"It was a great start to our trip."

Staff and service were amazing. Very accommodating and good brunches. Airport shuttle available and Brian made all our transports easy and stress free.

Musty smell in the room, property is starting to show its age. Rooms and hallways need freshening up .
