5 Star service Spacious Staffs are highly trained and goes beyond to satisfy customers. Big thanks to the Reception staffs especially to Selina. Shuttle driver was also very approchable. Japanese Restaurant beside was fantastic, good food with reasonable prices!

Breakfast excellent. Outstanding location close to Mega Mall and Shangrila Mall.

2of the 3 elevators were down for maintenance. Seems to me you would do that on a weekday, not a busy weekend.

The outstanding staff, good value for money for a spacious 1 bedroom suite, and very good breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of western and local options

The unusual abundance of wait staff standing around in the small breakfast restaurant which was quite uncomfortable

Astoria's staff were the friendliest group of people amongst all the hotels we stayed all over the world. Everyone is always smiling and courteous, very helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

Nothing much, just a little dated on some appliances like the airconditioner and the bath tub. They are not bad, just a little dated.
