When I arrived at the accommodation, it was a struggle to get hold of Thabo (he didn't answer his phone), and there was nobody to help me with the check-in. Eventually, a lady came to assist me and then reported that they don't have any space for me, and Thabo forgot to block the Booking.com booking on their site, and they don't have a clean room available for the night. After explaining that I have booked beforehand and already payed for my accommodation they reported that they will assist me. At 16h00, I needed to wait another hour before I could check in for someone to clean a room for me. Thereafter, the white towels were not white, and the water was cold when I wanted to take a shower. I would not recommend this accommodation at all!!
