Sonrisa Apartments Kolasin

Das Apartment liegt im Herzen von Kolasin. Somit sind die Fußgängerzone und umliegende Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments entspricht den Fotos. Zum Apartment gehört ein Parkplatz in det eigenen Tiefgarage. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In verliefen problemlos.

Leider hat sich der Aufenhalt angefühlt wie auf einer Baustelle. Das Gebäude ist ein Neubau und befindet sich noch im Bau. Dies merkt man an viele Stellen im Gebäude (insb. Schmutz, Baustaub). Die Wohnung selbst war trotz Neubau leider nicht in gutem Zustand (Wände, Einrichtung Küche, Fußleisten, Schmutz). Obwohl es Rolläden an den Fenstern gab, war es nachts im Schlafzimmer aufgrund der Außenbeleuchtung hell, da die Rolläden nicht ganz runter gemacht werden dürfen. Zudem erfolgte die Bezahlung indem Bargeld auf dem Tisch liegen gelassen werden soll.

Le logement ne correspond pas à la description Pas de jacuzzi et de sauna, alors que c’était mentionné dans l’annonce.

Very beautiful and modern apartment, the bed was very comfortable and the location is great.

The kitchen was not very equipped

Il n y avait aucun product de base. Pas un grain de sucre, un filet d huile, un peu de cafe. ,

The apartment is new and beautifully designed, which made our stay very enjoyable. We also appreciated the private parking with easy access. The location is convenient within the town, and the price was reasonable for what was offered.

The heating was not turned on before our arrival, even though it was quite cold outside, so it took quite a while for the apartment to warm up. Also, the sound insulation between the apartment and the neighboring units could be better, which may be important for guests who are sensitive to noise.
