The only positive was the receptionist. She was polite, friendly, and tried her best to help.

The room is located next to a hallway window where smoking is allowed. As a result, cigarette smoke constantly entered the room. The hallway window was often left open, making the room very cold, especially at night. There was a strong unpleasant odor in the room. It seemed they tried to air it out before check-in, but it didn’t help. Extremely awkward room layout — you open the door and step directly into the bed area. There are no bedside tables or extra space at all. Noise and Soundproofing: There was virtually no soundproofing in the room. Every noise from the hallway — doors opening and closing, footsteps, conversations — was clearly audible, even late at night. Combined with the smell of cigarette smoke seeping in, it felt like I was staying in the hallway rather than in a private room. It was extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep. Furniture & Amenities: The bed is standard size but too small for anyone over 185 cm. The blanket was dirty, stained, and without a cover — very unhygienic. The kettle was in very poor condition — the handle was hanging by wires, and the lid was broken off. The cookware (e.g., a pot) was dirty. One of the glasses even had lipstick stains — unacceptable, especially since my partner does not wear makeup. A cockroach was seen in the room — a serious hygiene issue. Bathroom: The shower cabin was leaking. It had a large crack in the base, making it look damaged and unsafe. The cabin was extremely small — even as an average-sized person, I could barely move inside. Additional information: This "hotel" is not a standalone property. It appears to be a side section of the "Bella Donna" hotel next door, which had its own issues that I’ll mention in a separate review. Summary: I strongly do not recommend this property. Even for a low price, the lack of basic hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort makes it unsuitable. I would not return under any circumstances.

We took two rooms, each was in a different building, there was almost no hot water in the shower, a bad smell in the room.
