Piękny hotel, piękny pokój, świetne śniadanie i pomocna obsługa.

Hotel jest otoczony przez nieciekawe budynki. Do tego nie da się podjechać bezpośrednio samochodem, ale z tym nie mieliśmy żadnego problemu.

The service at the hotel was very good, we bought watermelons and he cut them for us.We really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel.

Everything is clean, personnel is super polite and welcoming, always available at reception. Location is exceptional, all main landmarks are 5-10 minutes away on feet.

Fridge was not working in our room, but since we had no use for it, it wasn’t really a problem.

The hotel has a very cosy and welcoming interior, and the ceiling details in the rooms were particularly impressive. We were upgraded to a larger room on the ground floor, which made our stay even more comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and the kitchen team also provided excellent service. Breakfast was served buffet-style with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The hotel is located within the old city, making it convenient to explore many of the nearby attractions on foot. However, due to the narrow alleyways surrounding the property, taxis are unable to access the hotel entrance directly. As a result, guests should be prepared for a short walk to the nearest pickup point. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with comfortable accommodation, good service, and an excellent location for exploring the old city.
