Nothing satisfied my expectations

The staffs service was very poor , especially a pwrson name bakhtiyar at the reception was very rude with uss , didnt help carry luggage to the rooms as there was no lift in the hotel , and didnt provide any service at alll ,all was done by own hands

We had a good welcome with Bakhtiar the manager. Also, staff were friendly and helpful.

We liked the friendly and helpful staff — always ready to assist. The hotel itself is new, and the room was clean and well-maintained. It’s also within walking distance of the main attractions in the old town, which was very convenient.

The hotel is located in a maze of narrow streets, so it was a bit difficult to find on the first day. Luckily, the taxi driver called the reception on the way, and a hotel staff member came to meet us about 200 meters from the entrance — which was really helpful. Overall, everything was fine and there were no major issues. The only small downside was that in our twin room, one of the beds didn’t have a power socket nearby. I had to charge my phone on the nightstand next to the fridge and keep walking back and forth. Also, if you use that socket, there’s no place left to plug in the fridge. A bit poorly thought out.

This is a nice hotel for the money and just a 5-minute walk to Divan-Beghi (the pool square), which is the heart of old Bukhara, where many cafes, restaurants, madrassas, and shops are located.

I recommend ear plugs so that the sound of closing doors does not wake you when people go out early for breakfast.

It was a wonderful hotel because the decorations were nice and the staff were friendly.😃 (my 9yo daughter’s summary)

The property is a very short walk to the centre, but due to construction/renovation, a bit tricky.
