Die Lage war super und auch der eigene Parkplatz mit autom. Tor gibt einem das Gefühl von Sicherheit 👍 Auch der überdachte Gartensitzplatz war super - Als probleme mit den Klimaanlagen auftraten und wir es meldeten hat der Service uns ein Wechsel des Apartments angeboten in ein super Apartment, doppelt so groß und wunderschön ohne Aufpreis, daher würden wir schon nur wegen dem perfekten Service immer wieder Apartments von diesem Anbieter für den nächsten Italien Urlaub buchen. Leider ging von 4 Klimaanlagen nur 1 eine und es war immer über 30 grad zum dem Zeitpunkt des Urlaubs, der Service war aber super nach wenigen Tagen wurde uns ein Wechsel des Apartments angeboten in ein super Apartment, doppelt so groß und wunderschön ohne Aufpreis, daher würden wir schon nur wegen dem perfekten Service immer wieder Apartments von diesem Anbieter für den nächsten Italien Urlaub buchen. Location was great, garden is lovely, and there is enough room to safely park our car behind the electric gate. The apartment is compact but we did not feel cramped at all. The train station and sea front are very close by. And there is are green grocers around the corner.

The kitchen cub boards and refrigerator needed to be cleaned better. They were empty, but they did not look clean. We were four people, using three bedrooms, but one double bed was not made for us. We had no sheets or pillowcases on the bed. And the blanket left on the bed was dirty. They only provided us with two towels. I contacted the host but they could not deliver new sheets and towels until the following morning, a Sunday. So we had an uncomfortable night the first night. They person who delivered our sheets and towels on Sunday did not offer to make up the bed.

This place was great, very spacious and great outdoor area. Air conditioning in every room, and good location.

This house (of course not a Villa)is located in the centre of Rapallo surrounded by bigger buildings, in 10 min walking distance to the sea. We loved this place as it is like an oasis with a really well maintained and very beautiful little garden. the house is newly renovated with a lot of taste, nicely furnished with many beautiful paintings.
