The host was helpful and the rooms were clean.

The location!!! I don't think it's possible to be in a worse place in Lisbon. And if you don't know the city it's normal the information that it's downtown to be satisfactory. But in fact, the apartment is in the middle of an entirely immigrant area, where we as women did NOT feel at all COMFORTABLE and SAFE. Furthermore, when we booked the apartment it was not at all clear for us that it was a room with a shared bathroom and toilet. And even though everything was ok during our stay and we even had 2 days all by ourselves in the apartment I think it is not immediately clear from the description of the apartment what the conditions are there. Even when we deliberately searched for this information..it was only available after the reservation was paid.

Aleksandr was a welcoming host with many suggestions about what to do and see in Lisbon. The place was very clean, with a great bed and bathroom. Wifi connection was good. Full kitchen to cook in if you wish.

While the general location of the apartment in the city was good, the street it is on was not great. Always incredibly busy, loud and dirty.

10/10 of everything. Super recommended. Lovely, cozy flat, super spotless. Aleksandr was the best host. Caring, friendly, flexible with schedules etc and prompt responses to my messages. Felt like home. So comfortable and cared! Thank you Aleksandr for your amazing attention.

Welcoming host. Clean & comfortable apartment. A short walk to nice parts of the city.

As two female travellers we felt very unsafe getting back to the apartment day & night. The area the apartment is located is absolutely not safe for two women on their own. We decided to only stay one night & found alternative accommodation as it was not safe for us to walk back to the apartment at night. On 2 occasions had taxi’s refuse to bring us back to the area (day & night). We did not feel like this is any other part of the city. Martim Moniz up to Intendente seems to be an area to avoid - which we did not realise & is a real shame.

Very helpful and courteous host, very clean and cozy, comfortable bed. Good location. There is a nice kitchen to do breakfast or more, washing machine with drying. There is even a pump :).

Maybe that was our problem and our carelessness, but we expected the private bathroom. However, if all 3 rooms are not occupied, it is not a problem.

We stayed at Castle Suites for four nights and were very pleased with the accommodation. The owner was kind and ensuring that all guests felt comfortable during their stay. The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our suite included a private bathroom; although it is a little bit small, but it contained all the essentials needed for our stay. The nights were peaceful, as our room was situated away from the crowded street, allowing for undisturbed sleep. The kitchen was also clean and fully equipped for our needs. We would definitely recommend Castle suits for your stay in Lisbon.

A very kind and helpful host. Clean and spacious rooms. It is within walking distance to the most beautiful and historical places of the city. Extra good at privacy and hygiene.

Very central location, excellent starting point for exploring the city! The room was clean. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with two other rooms, therefore the cleanliness of these facilities depends a lot on the other guests. Aleks was a very nice and welcoming host!

The kitchen could have been equipped a little better for cooking, but overall no major complaints!
