Central Motel

The location.

The room was filthy, even after cleaning. I spilled some water on the floor, and when I sopped it up, found the floor was not actually dark gray, but light gray. I don't think it's ever been mopped. The bath drain was so stopped up it took 2 hours to drain after a shower. The staff gave us drain cleaner that we applied, rather than taking care of it themselves. There is only one office person, so being understaffed I can see how things like quality control can fall by the wayside.. This seems to be a motel that local workers live at for long term, rather than short term for travellers or visitors.

Room was up-to-date, very well furnished, and clean.

TV worked technically, but had Roku and everything worth watching seemed to want a subscription login. If there was a way to get local broadcast channels, I couldn't find it. Would have preferred just basic cable.
