HOTEL PRAJYOT

I liked almost everything about this hotel. It's clean and well maintained. Staffs are good and courteous. Highly recommend this hotel.

The things that I didn't like are as below: 1. Less food options for breakfast 2. We couldn't connect to the wifi

The jet of comod was leaking regularly.

I was supposed to receive breakfast along with the room, but it was not provided; instead, they charged me extra for the breakfast.

Even though the booking was confirmed, they did not provide the rooms as they already gave the room for some else. We had to looks for another near by hotel and that cause lots of trouble and delays to our schedule

They took booking for 8 adults and 4 rooms. After travelling all the way, they said sorry go somewhere else since your booking by mistake given to some celebrity event

The rooms are clean and spacey. They provide excellent quality toiletries ,which is a luxury especially in the sub 5K range. The staff is highly cooperative,cordial and well mannered. Highlight is the food. I ordered a dal tadka and simple tandoori rotis ,and viola ! Finding a well prepared meal and that too ,in the middle of Purnia .....It's a place I would definitely revisit .

Everything is Perfect ,although the interiors can use a little work,but nothing which stands out.

All the amenities provided are exceptional for that price.. location is nice..room was super clean..Both breakfast and restaurant food was awesome...they allow me early check-in..

I want to stay one hour more (after checkout time)..but they didn't allow this ..it's okay..but they can say this to me politely..

I refuse to understand the hotel star rating system—everyone seems to assign whatever they want. Hotels like this are universally considered three-star: modest, with comfort at a bare minimum. The restaurant is great, the food is delicious, and the staff is extremely polite and professional. But avoid using the restroom—it seems cleaning isn’t part of the routine there.
