Good location in a quiet area, with a supermarket on the corner and the city center just 10 minutes away on foot. As for the accommodation, the room is spacious and mostly equipped with everything you need for your stay, and the bed is comfortable. If you are the type of person who has trouble falling asleep, you may encounter some issues as the building is not very well soundproofed, but this is not related to the accommodation itself.

I would suggest paying more attention to the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, bed linens, and towels.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Bologna, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e dal centro. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa la notte, Eugenio è stato gentilissimo nell’accoglierci e lasciarci un piccolo pensiero di benvenuto. ☺️ Consigliato!

Area, noise from street and inside the building, lack of sofa or easy chair, spartan unit that couldn't really be described as an apartment. Not for the discerning traveller.

Ogromny plus - lokalizacja. Blisko do dworca, do sklepu i do restauracji w centrum. Wyposażona kuchnia, suszarka, żelazko, duża lodówka. Obiekt idealny do krótkiego przebywania w nim.

Czystość obiektu - szczególnie łazienka do poprawy. Na chłodniejsze noce (a na takie trafiliśmy), konieczna byłaby pościel lub koce, a nie tylko narzuta na łóżko. Okolica bezpieczna, ale nie dla osób wrażliwych na dźwięki z zewnątrz.

The location was convenient

Overall the place is highly overpriced for what you really get. The room was smelling like smoke and we were struggling to breathe inside although we were opening the windows all the time. The air was all the time disgusting. Moreover, the place was very noisy and you hear traffic all the time. The sheets, bathroom, cups and towels were not properly clean. The host was also not very responsive and we had to remind him twice to answer us before check in.

Eugenio was the perfect host and so accommodating. The apartment was big, location was really good, 600mts from train station and 700mts to town centre. Will highly recommend this apartment. There was a big supermarket 100mts away and so many resturants close by.

De locatie van deze accommodatie is geweldig, alles is dichtbij. Het is ideaal gelegen.Daarnaast is de gastheer ook super lief en bereid om altijd meer uitleg te geven waar nodig!

Wij waren er toevallig als het heel hard regende dar hoor je super hard dus als je geen vaste slaper bent, zijn oordopjes wel aan te raden.
