First there was no parking, also there was no elevator so we had to go up stairs 2-3 times a day and it was on the 3rd floor. Moreover, the ac was not working and when we called them (using our personal phone because theyre hotel phone doesnt work) they came to fox the ac, they took the filter out infront of us and it was full of dirt and mold (we have photos), our rooms were suites with 2 rooms and 1 room had no ac at all and the other had bad ac and with our stay for 2 nights there was a concert outside and we couldn’t sleep till 1am because of how loud it was. We think they shouldve informed us about the concerts when we booked. Also on each floor there was the housekeeping utilities thrown everywhere all over the stairs, it was untidy. There was also no boiler? There was cups for tea and tea bags but no boiler. When we talked to the receptionist about these issues, the ac, the boiler, everything else she told us “if you dont like the hotel you can leave” which was really rude and unprofessional. It wasn’t a hotel really, it was 3 floors only with 3 rooms on each floor with no elevator. The furniture was also old and dusty, they weren’t ready for our stay at all. We have photos of all of this and videos including the concert lights and how loud and the dust and the unorderly places of the equipment i can send a lot of videos by mail if you want

Location, breakfast included, a strange breakfast for us but included, nice big room with a lovely sea view.

Our fault we didn't know there was some sort of festival on so very noisy into the night. The very large tv in the living room didn't get a signal.

Sijainti rannalla hyvä maiseman kannalta, mutta yöaikaan meluisa. Huone oli siisti ja hyvin kalustettu.

Ravintolassa palvelu oli todella hidasta. Odotimme aamiaistamme melkein tunnin, vaikka ravintola oli puolityhjä. Asioimme ravintolassa kaksi kertaa, ja molemmilla kerroilla jouduimme odottamaan kaikkea todella kauan, mikä oli outoa, koska asiakkaita ei ollut niin paljoa että se olisi selittänyt viiveen. Parkkipaikka ei ole hotellilla, vaan yleinen parkkipaikka pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Kannattaa kysyä ohje sinne ennen kuin ajaa hotellille, koska se on umpikuja mihin navigaattori ohjaa.

Labai patogi ir gražiai sutvarkyta vieta - pačiame miestelio centre, tiesiai ant promenados. Priešais stovi ekskursijų laivai. Gražus vaizdas pro kambario langą į jūrą ir laivus. Pirmame aukšte - neblogas viešbučio restoranas. Paėjus į kairę apie 10-15 minučių, yra nedidelis akmenuotas Belane pliažas. Ačiū personalui, kad pasveikino su mūsų vestuvių jubiliejumi.

Išsinuomavome dviejų kambarių pusiau liukso numerį, bet jame buvo tik dvi pakabos visiems mūsų rūbams... Vonioje ant grindų mėtėsi ilgi juodi plaukai, užstrigdavo klozeto vandens nuleidimo mygtukas. Miegamajame kambaryje stovi tik lova - prie jos nėra nei spintelių, nei rozečių, nei šviestuvų - labai nepatogu. Pusryčiai skanūs, bet monotoniški - kiaušiniai, omletas, košė... Saldaus - tik skrudinta duona su Nutella... :) Galima užsisakyti tik iš pusryčių meniu. Bet gyvenant viešbutyje keletą dienų, to pilnai pakako.

אין מעלית צריך להעלות את המזוודות ולהוריד לקומה 2. באחד החדרים המזגן לא עבד האמבטיה מלאה בעובש שחור השירות בארוחת הבוקר מחפיר, אין עם מי לדבר.
