Urban Hometel

One of the best short stay hotels I've been in. The rooms are very clean and tidy. They have maintained it very well. They do cleaning everyday. Every staff is so considerate and helpful, particularly Animesh Dubey. I have to share an incident in which Animesh helped me where any other person would have just shrugged and said they couldn't do anything. "Above and beyond" would be an understatement for what he did for me. In my rush to catch my early morning flight out of Pune, I had forgotten my Smartwatch (worth ~50K) in the room. I had noticed it only when I reached airport. So I called Animesh in the wee hours of 4 AM and asked him to check my room. He not only promptly found it but tried multiple ways to get it to me at the airport before my flight. He finally succeeded in booking a cab and convinced the cab driver to take a parcel (i.e., my smartwatch packed in a neat box) and deliver it to me. He followed with me and the cab driver in parallel until it reached my hands safely. All I could say was a simple "Thank You" over the phonoe and he replied back with "No problem sir". I don't think his words were a mere automtic response to a "thank you", but he literally meant it. For him that was not a problem, it was just the way he is - helpful and considerate. :-) With a person like Animesh in their staff, no wonder the hotels ratings are this good. Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend to anyone else who plans.

It met all expectation for the given price. nice comfortable stay. Didn't face any issues and staff was friendly

It’s a great place if ur attending conference or meeting or to have a travel layover.
