Rooms were clean.

Towels were messy. Although new the threads were sticking to the skin a lot. They need to change the towels of the entire hotel. Current towels are not good.

Owner is very interfering, and he seems to be very greedy person. He keeps on coming to the room to disturb again and again. Staff is very unprofessional and nagging, owner keeps the staff to the room multiple times at night. He keeps convincing to book offline for the next day and increases the prices after every 10 mins, there is not standard price. Even for tea they changed the prices they changed the prices. as a corporate guest, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Tiny room sizes.

Awesome Experience. New property. Very neat and clean rooms. The hotel staff is just great, very helpful. The hotel is in Baner, a highly preferred area to stay close to IT Parks, hospitals, restaurants etc.
