Misleading Listing and Terrible Experience – Avoid! From the very beginning, this stay was a disappointment. The listing clearly stated that parking was available, but there was absolutely no parking spot provided at the property. We had to find our own parking elsewhere and pay for it — a complete scam. What’s worse, the property is located inside a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) in the historic center of Parma. This crucial information was never disclosed to us before arrival. The host did not provide any necessary documentation to exempt our car from potential fines. As a result, we had to go to the local police ourselves to clarify whether we’d be charged for entering the zone — a huge stress on what should’ve been a relaxing trip. The host also showed up 30 minutes late for check-in, wasting our time with no apology or explanation. And to top it all off, the accommodation had no proper hot water. It was either ice cold or boiling — nothing in between. Totally unacceptable.
